10 Most COMMON questions about Gabriella’s Snow Day:
1) Will you have the event even if it rains?
Yes, snow is scheduled to fall starting 11am and will be under a few large tents. Scattered rain is in the forecast. We will have activities inside and under canopies. There will also be lots of hot chocolate and coffee for purchase!
2) Do I have to pre-purchase my wristbands or raffle tickets?
No, you don’t have to pre-purchase. You can purchase your wristbands and raffle tickets at the event.
3) If I am a parent, do I need a wristband to be in the snow with my kids?
No, you do not have to purchase a wristband for yourself if you an adult or parent.
4) What does the $10 wristband include?
It includes snow play, games and prizes, crafts, bounce house, and visits with special characters including Santa, Cinderella and Prince Charming, and characters from Star Wars!
5) What if I can’t donate $ for the activities?
A $10 donation is asked to support Team G Childhood Cancer Foundation. We want all children to enjoy the snow and won’t turn away anyone who cannot donate.
6) What time will the main characters be there?
12pm to 1:30pm: Santa will be arriving via Scotts Valley Fire Dept and will be located at the Gazebo. There will be a waiting line for all to take pictures and sit with Santa.
1pm to 2pm: Cinderella and Prince Charming are scheduled for an appearance. They will be located inside the main building at SkyPark.
2pm to 3pm, we will have Star Wars characters in this same area.
7) Where can I buy raffle tickets for both raffle and playhouse raffle?
There will be a raffle booth near the entrance to the building.
The playhouse will be located for viewing near the BBQ area at Skypark. The raffle items will be inside the building.
A sign will be visible for the raffle area.
8) Will I need to be present to win any raffle items?
No, you do not need to be present to win.
9) What time will the raffle winning be announced?
All raffle winners will be announced at 3:30pm.
The Playhouse will be available for pick up at this time. You do need to be present to win the Playhouse.
10) Will it be cold?
There will be snow and a chance of rain. Bundle up and prepare to have A LOT of fun!!!
11) DO you take credit cards?
Yes, we take credit cards, checks and cash!
