In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness month, we are challenging all of our supporters to GET ACTIVE in the fight against pediatric cancer! Here is what to do:
- Get up and get active! In the next 24 hours, do a workout. It can be your regularly scheduled workout, walk , swim, etc or you can do the workout on the link below which was created to honor 9 year old Warrior, Lauren. Dedicate your workout to all children who are battling or who have battled and let it be your symbolic commitment to be involved in the fight.
- If you complete your workout in the next 24 hours, donate $7 to the Team G Foundation (via the link below). 7 represents the number of children who lose their battle every day to cancer. If you don’t workout, donate $36. 36 represents the number of children who are diagnosed every day. Team G has donated $55,000 to pediatric cancer research and has mailed out 500 Hope Totes to families with newly diagnosed children. Your donation will ensure we can continue fulfilling our mission!
- Share the Fight For Gold Challenge and call out four of your friends to join you. Four represents the 4% of the total budget that the National Cancer Institute allocates to pediatric cancer.
Are you ready? Let’s Fight For Gold! Together We Can Make A Difference!
